The company motto has always been to "Treat others as you would have them treat you" and we are in search of a full time Burn Table Machine Operator at our location in Ahoskie, North Carolina.

Hours: 8 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch.

General Description: Responsible for operating CNC burning machines to complete customer orders in accordance with the company-wide QC program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•

Read, interpret and clearly understand work order specifications.

•

Set up machine to produce material.

•

Communicate with foreman to ensure a complete understanding of all information.

•

Perform and document routine machine maintenance in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan.

•

Keep inventory of equipment.

•

Serve as primary quality inspector consistent with the EKSP Quality Control program and QC manual.

•

Use basic measuring tools.

•

Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

•

Move material and maintain a clean/organized work environment.

•

Other related duties as assigned.

Skills:

•

Perform basic machine programming, trouble shooting and setup.

•

Basic reading and mathematical skills.

•

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

•

Ability to lift, bend, stoop, squat, stand or walk for extended periods of time

•

Good oral & written communication skills

•

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others

Education/Experience:

•

High School Diploma or Equivalent

•

2 -3 years prior experience
