This role involves performing preventative maintenance, testing and electrical services in an industrial environment. - Circuit breaker operations
- Resistance and insulation testing (phase-to-phase, phase to ground)
- Contact resistance and pole testing
- Voltage pick-up and trip/close/trip-free/anti-pump function tests
- Vacuum bottle integrity checks
- Arresters and serialization verification
- Display and analog input/output testing
- Relay meter and discrete input/output testing
- Accurate recording and reporting of all test data and findings
- Switchgear
- Motor control centers
- Generators
- Circuit breakers
- Protective relays
- Ground fault systems
- Variable frequency drivers (VFDs)
- Automatic transfer switches (ATS)
- Transformers
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical field services and testing
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols
- Ability to interpret technical documents and schmatics
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean driving record and background required
- NETA level 2
- DOBLE or MEGGER Training
- MSHA (Mine Safety)
- Phosphate Certification
- OSHA 30 Certification
