- Perform preventative maintenance and testing services on electrical equipment in industrial and utility environments
- Conduct cleaning, circuit breaker operations, resistance and insulation testing, and verification of test data
- Test and maintain medium to high voltage equipment, including switchgear, motor control centers, generators, circuit breakers, protective relays, ground fault systems, VFDs, ATS, and transformers
- Carry out voltage pick-up tests, trip-close-trip free-anti pump functions, vacuum bottle integrity checks, and other specialized tests
- Document and report all findings accurately, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Travel to customer sites as required, providing high-quality customer service and technical support
- Work may occasionally be required after hours or on weekends to meet client needs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical field services and testing
- Experience with medium to high voltage electrical equipment
- Preferred certifications: NETA Level 3, DOBLE or MEGGER Training, Infrared Thermography
- Mining MSHA, Phosphate, and OSHA 30 certifications are preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel to various customer sites as needed
