Brand Ambassador

M Squared Management is a marketing, staffing and production agency looking to hire Retail Brand Ambassadors & Greeters for a 8 week LIVE, high-end, luxury Pop-up shopping experience coming to the downtown area of Asheville, NC early June.

Responsibilities:

- Represent well known and luxury shopping brand of Bal Harbour Shops (from Miami, FL) while being the face for each of the collective individual brands incorporated within the onsite retail Pop Up experience space.

- Be our 1st point of contact at our welcoming area for all Pop-up attendees; while communicating the daily onsite events and registration process and sharing the different high end, luxury brand & pop-up information.

- Greet and welcome pop-up shop and location comers, while catering to the onsite event and space needs.

- Aid in creating a positive and memorable brand experience for customers while working with 10 high-end brands within the shopping experience footprint.

- Fulfill, replenish, restock merchandise and inventory for onsite sales and high-end shops.

- Work directly with onsite sales team to ensure that inventory and stock is organized and suitable to complete sales in a timely manner.

- Working with overall back of house inventory and stock of onsite merchandise.

- Represent all onsite high-end brands and promote the overall luxury shopping experience.

Qualifications:

- Be open and willing to keep our location and internal spaces organized.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team to ensure that the consumers have a high end luxury retail experience

- Flexible schedules to accommodate AM, PM and weekend shifts as needed
