Job Overview:

We’re hiring 4 to 6 experienced BMS/Controls Technicians for immediate travel-based work across national projects. If you have a background in low-voltage electrical systems, HVAC controls, or building automation, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments with top-tier clients, we want to hear from you.

These are full-time, long-term travel positions with consistent work available.

What You'll Be Doing:

•

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls

•

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical schematics

•

Work with a variety of BMS platforms including Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Trane, or Schneider Electric

•

Run conduit, pull wire, and perform low-voltage electrical installations

•

Collaborate with clients and field teams to ensure systems are installed correctly and functioning efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience:

•

High school diploma or GED (required)

•

Associate’s degree or trade certification in Electrical, HVAC, or Building Automation (preferred)

•

2+ years of BMS or HVAC controls experience

Technical Skills:

•

Experience with low-voltage electrical/control systems

•

Basic programming/configuration of BMS (a plus)

•

Familiarity with IP networking and system integration

•

Hands-on knowledge of conduit installation and electrical code

Tools & Physical Requirements:

•

Skilled with hand and power tools

•

Able to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and access ceiling voids/crawl spaces

•

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Soft Skills:

•

Strong troubleshooting skills

•

Professional communication with clients and team members

•

Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in crews

Preferred Certifications (Not Required):

•

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

•

EPA 608 (for HVAC-related systems)

•

Niagara AX/N4 Certification

•

Manufacturer-specific certifications (Honeywell, Siemens, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
