Your Role:

As a Blaster Operator and Material Handler, you’ll be at the core of our loading and shipping operations, ensuring all materials are properly prepared, tagged, blasted, and staged for success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Material Tagging & Documentation: Accurately tag and document all structural materials to ensure alignment with Bills of Lading.

- Blasting & Painting Support: Organize and stage materials for blasting and painting. (Painting experience? That’s a plus!)

- Efficient Loading: Safely and effectively load structural fabrication materials while optimizing space and manpower.

- Equipment Expertise: Operate overhead cranes (required), forklifts (preferred), and use tablets for documentation and work processes.

- Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure every piece meets our high standards.

What We’re Looking For:

- Required Skills & Experience:

- Overhead crane operation (required)

- Material handling experience (steel preferred)

- Experience with forklifts and tablets (preferred)

- Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and highly organized

- Personal Traits:

- A team player with strong communication skills.

- Dependable, with a record of good attendance and punctuality.

- A problem-solver who takes ownership of responsibilities and works with precision.
