Job Summary
Syndicate Energy – Safety Supplies & Training is seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Training Services Instructor + Customer Support Representative to carryout day-to-day training operations including but not limited to obtaining instructor certifications in offered courses and maintaining current certification requirements, instructing safety courses on a regular basis in both English & Spanish, administrative training tasks, maintaining accurate training records, customer support, employee onboarding and safety & compliance tracking.

•Candidate must have outstanding organizational skills and an excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
•Candidate will be required to communicate with customers via phone, email and in-person, schedule classes, recordkeeping, data entry, maintain inventory of supplies and assist with class preparation.
•Candidate will be required to learn and administer new hire onboarding and assist with completing administrative tasks in regards to hire and termination of employees.
•Candidate will become familiar with our classroom & training standards and expectations by assisting our Lead Instructor with course presentation, evaluating students trained and recommending ways to minimize total liability to employers and become familiar with the expectations and standards of course instruction.
•Candidate must come in with a fast-track mindset to complete basic certifications in all courses we intend for you to obtain instructor certification, followed by additional class observation to retain information and take presentation notes and ultimately obtain instructor certifications in our regularly offered courses.
•Candidate must be willing to learn and support additional administrative tasks during co-worker absences and as needed to fulfill slow workdays.
•Additionally, there may be some travel required for certification & on-site customer training, some lifting and possibility of training outdoors in different types of weather.
