We are bridging the gap between the wellhead and the boardroom, and we need a high-impact sales professional to lead that conversation. We are seeking a driven, technically capable Sales Representative to pioneer revenue growth in the Permian. In this role, you will not just be pushing products; you will act as a consultative partner to E&P and Midstream companies.
- Hunter & Closer:
Aggressively prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities within target operator accounts in the Permian
- Technical Consultation:
Deeply understand client workflows to translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business value
- Relationship Building:
Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including Production Engineers, Operations Managers, Automation Leads, and IT Directors.
- Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience selling technical solutions (automation, SCADA, instrumentation, or industrial Iot) directly to the Oil & Gas industry.- Industry Knowledge:
A deep understanding of upstream and midstream operations, including pain points that revolve around automation.
- Network:
An existing, active rolodex of contacts within the Permian Basin is highly preferred.
- Technical Aptitude:
Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts related to SCADA, telemetry, and sensor data. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to speak their language.
