An Associate, Structured Finance is a core member of team that evaluates, negotiates, and executes tax equity financing and tax credit transfer transactions for renewable energy projects. The Structured Finance team works closely with investors, tax credit buyers, third-party consultants, and internal business teams to efficiently execute financing transactions and support RWE's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has experience building financial models, a problem-solving mindset to efficiently manage multiple priorities, working in a fast paced environment, and an ability to keep the "big picture" of RWE's best interests in mind.

Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $70,000 - $100,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
