This position will be a Diamondback employee who works for the subsidiary, Viper Energy Partners.

Job Duties And Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

•

Communicate effectively with landowners, attorneys, and company representatives to resolve title issues and other land-related matters.

•

Manage brokers and attorneys in title curative matters.

•

Confirm ownership of new wells drilled on properties.

•

Work across disciplines and companies to accomplish goals and objectives.

•

Conduct basic title research and verify ownership of mineral and surface rights

•

Assist in maintaining and organizing land files, agreements, and lease records

•

Support the preparation of evaluations, reports, lease agreements, and other land-related documents

•

Work with courthouses and online databases to obtain title and property records

•

Assist in the review and organization of contracts, deeds, and leases

•

Assist with due diligence of acquisitions and divestitures

•

Ensure accurate data entry and documentation within land management systems

•

Provide administrative support to the land team as required

Required Qualifications

•

Must have strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.

•

High level understanding and proven track record of Land and mineral issues.

•

Energy Commerce or applicable degree preferred. Members of AAPL will be preferred. Authorization to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time is required. Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug test

•

Requires 1-3 years’ experience
