Are you the most consistent and patient researcher you know? Do you thrive on systematic procedures and knowing that you are accountable from start to finish? Does your natural ability to maintain a steely dedication to your work set you above the rest? That's the kind of researcher we are looking for—someone who is ready to join a stable environment where predictability, consistency, and timeliness are valued. Purple Land Management (PLM) is looking for a dedicated team player to grow with our already successful organization!
The company is seeking an Associate Landman to report to and work directly with the project management team. The company's growth requires a new team member who can work independently within a team, maintaining a consistent work routine with minimal supervision. The individual will be responsible for mineral and title research and negotiations with landowners while meeting production goals and deadlines. The overall purpose of the role is to equip clients with the necessary research and contracts to advance operations and execute payouts, and to develop new landmen into capable leaders in a dynamic work environment.
