Kinect Solar is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP), Operations and Special Projects. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the AVP is a critical leadership role working with all of Kinect Solar’s operations teams.
- Cross Departmental Knowledge & Support: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of all operations departments within the first 90 days, enabling the ability to serve as a backup for each operations team leader as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend strategic improvements to operational workflows
- Team Support: Provide direct support to the VP of Operations by preparing reports, attending meetings, and representing the department in cross-functional initiatives.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, understanding their business needs and aligning our services to support their growth.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the VP of Operations in formulating and executing long-term strategic plans.
- Special Projects: Lead complex projects involvingwarehousing and logistics services outside of Kinect’s typical scope,
- Customer Success Management: Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, handling all inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction and client retention.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an operations leadership or senior management role.
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and resolving high-stakes issues.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
