Location: Full-Time On-Site – Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Salary: $80,000–$95,000 DOE + Full Benefits Start Date: Immediate

Our job sites are fast-paced, secure, and require constant coordination at the highest level.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Field-Based Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer to support our construction team at LAX. You’ll be fully embedded on-site, working directly with our Superintendents and Project Managers to track progress, manage documentation, and help keep projects moving on time and on spec.

What You’ll Do

•

Work full-time in the field at LAX project sites (inside active terminals and secure areas)

•

Assist with daily subcontractor coordination, material tracking, and logistics

•

Maintain and update RFIs, submittals, and procurement logs

•

Support field reporting, including daily logs, photos, and safety tracking

•

Attend site walks and project meetings with stakeholders and LAWA representatives

•

Help enforce quality standards and support punch list and closeout efforts

•

Monitor permit status and field compliance documentation

What You Bring

Required:

•

2–5 years of commercial construction experience in a field-based role

•

Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

•

OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)

•

Comfortable working in secure, live airport environments and off-hours if needed

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

•

Experience with construction at LAX or similar aviation projects

•

Familiarity with Procore and/or Bluebeam

•

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 DOE
