Job Summary

Under direct supervision of a Supervisor and frequently under the work direction of a Substation Operator, performs assigned maintenance and cleaning. Assists with substation and station inspections and reports conditions to the organizational unit operating authority. Studies prints, attends formal classes, progressively learns the operation of station and substation, learns relay applications. Receives training and progressively learns to perform the duties of a Reserve Substation Operator. Must satisfactorily complete the substation field training program.Key Accountabilities
