Assistant Machine Operator

We are currently seeking an Assistant Machine Operator to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery to ensure efficient and safe production. This is a physically demanding position that requires heavy lifting and the operation and monitoring of equipment. Responsibilities:

-Assist the machine operator with machine setup and adjustments

-Monitor machines during operation to ensure consistent quality and output

-Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products

-Use hand tools or basic equipment as needed to support production

-Operate forklifts and cranes to move materials

-Utilize scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate documentation

-Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

-Perform general warehouse duties, such as organizing and maintaining the area

- Previous experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes in a warehouse setting

- Familiarity with Metal Building materials
