Turn process insight and data analysis into lasting impact on the future of our community-owned energy resources
Chelan County PUD is excited to invite critical thinkers to join our Generation Asset Management Team. Analysts play a central role in how we manage hydro generation assets throughout their lifecycle, working with engineers, operators, and maintenance staff to design and refine processes that ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operations.
This role supports the District’s long-term strategies by developing asset management plans, improving processes, and turning data into meaningful insights for decision-making. Collaboration is key – analysts work with stakeholders to share knowledge, gather feedback, and integrate expertise into Generation Asset Management (GAM) efforts.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys teamwork, and has a strong background in process improvement, operational analysis, and data modeling. If you excel at connecting people, processes, and technology, and can transform data into insights that strengthen decisions, we want to meet you!
SUMMARY:
This position supports the ongoing development of Chelan County PUD’s asset management (AM) program. Analysts ensure asset data is accurately captured in the CMMS and converted into clear, accessible information that guides maintenance and investment decisions. They streamline and document processes, create data models and reports to organize and present data, and collaborate across departments to align strategies and prioritize resources.
By combining process discipline with data-driven insights, analysts help sustain reliable operations, support long-term planning, and strengthen the stewardship of Chelan County PUD’s publicly owned, carbon-free generation resources.
