This role is critical in helping us maintain our reputation for delivering high-quality metal products on time.

· Assemble metal components using blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
· Operate and maintain various hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
· Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
· Perform quality control checks to ensure that all parts meet required standards.
· Collaborate with the production team to ensure the timely completion of projects.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly, working closely with engineers and supervisors as needed.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
· Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in metalworking or fabrication preferred.
· Previous experience in metal fabrication, assembly, or a related field is a plus.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
· Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
