The Assembly Technician plays a critical role in our manufacturing operations. Working under the direction of the Assembly Lead, this position is responsible for assembling mechanical parts, components, and finished products according to engineering specifications. The role involves interpreting technical documentation, utilizing various tools and equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining efficient workstation inventory to support production goals.
● Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
● Perform quality work checks and testing to ensure the product meets quality standards.
● Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification.
● Perform all work in accordance with quality and safety standards.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
● Demonstrated ability to follow directions and work in a team environment.
● Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
● Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems.
● Ability to analyze/improve the efficiency of a process.
● High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.

● Regularly lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
