Job Description:
Pure Blue Tech is seeking a Production and Assembly Technician to support our rapidly growing tech startup as we develop production capacity of the world’s most innovative membrane filtration products. This role requires the ability to perform basic daily repetitive tasks. Hands-on experience in an assembly/production environment is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Prepare, assemble, and trim components and products.
•Operate semi-automated production equipment.
•Setup and operate test equipment. Collect data using automated and manual tools based off procedures.
•Learn and follow verbal and written work instructions.
•Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety guidelines.
•Be able to clearly communicate issues and identify potential solutions.
•Actively contribute to continuous improvement of process and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
•0-3 years of hands-on experience in production/assembly.
•Highly proficient, quick, and capable learner that can be easily trained and coached – picks up new skills easily.
•Patience and hand-eye coordination during assembly activities. Comfortable working at high speeds for long periods of time with repeated tasks.
•Experience operating machines and equipment is desirable.
•Once trained, works independently under general supervision.
•Adaptive and nimble; comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
•Results-oriented, gets the job done and on time.
•High attention to detail and able to ensure product consistency, quality, and efficiency.
•Able to take feedback and incorporate input back into the work being done.
•Physically able to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
•Good communication skills.
•Experience managing inventory is a plus.
•Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
