Asphalt Technician

J.R. Boehlke, Inc. is an asphalt, concrete, landscape, and snow contractor founded in 1996. We are hiring for multiple asphalt and/or sealcoating labor positions starting in Spring 2025.

Asphalt technicians will perform a variety of tasks on an asphalt paving, patching, or sealcoating/crackfilling crew under the direction of a crew lead or foreman. Prior asphalt or construction experience is preferred but not required. J.R. This is a full-time seasonal position, with the opportunity to supplement your income by performing snow removal in the winter.
