Earnest Contracting is seeking individuals to work as skilled laborers on our Asphalt Paving Crew in the Shreveport / Bossier City area. Candidates must have previous experience working with asphalt. Open positions include Asphalt Rakeman, Asphalt Dump Man, Paver Driver, Screed Operator, Roller Operator, and Milling Operator.
