Position Summary

This position is part of Asphalt Value Chain, Asphalt Technology East located in Findlay, OH, and reports to the Asphalt Technology Director. As part of the team, the selected candidate will play an integral role in product development, commercial support, production, quality control, customer satisfaction, and economic optimization of Asphalt and Heavy Oil products. Supported products include Performance Graded Asphalt Binders, Polymer Modified Asphalt Binders, Emulsified Asphalts, Cutback Asphalts, Roofing Asphalts, and Industrial Asphalts. This position is part of a job family with multiple grade levels. The successful candidate will be placed at a location and level commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities* Plays an active role in providing quality oversight and maintaining quality control standards and procedures. Supports or leads investigations related to significant quality incidents.

Education and Experience* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, or related discipline required.
