An established and growing 100% employee-owned civil contractor in the DFW area is looking for an Area Superintendent to lead field operations for multiple site development and earthwork projects. You’ll supervise 6–7 experienced crews across multifamily and commercial job sites, ensuring safety, schedule, and productivity are consistently on point.
