Construction Site Superintendent

We are looking for applicants with a background in construction who demonstrate teamwork, a strong work ethic, and honesty.

Requirements:

· Commercial and/or residential superintendent experience. 5+ years’ experience in construction industry.

· The ideal candidate is an experienced manager of a team of people with an assertive personality and the ability to lead and inspire.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Proficiency in blueprint / plan reading.

· Must have strong scheduling background, able to fully develop construction schedules.

· Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook.

· Experience working with city/county and other inspectors on construction projects.

· Demonstrate a professional demeanor.

· Knowledge and assisting in estimating.

· Higher education or technical training a plus.

· Background check required.
