Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills before both small and large groups. Area Manager shall possess demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on water and wastewater treatment facilities and/or regulatory compliance problem solving. Experience managing large territories and state-of-the-art facilities. Preferably the Area Manager to have a current FDEP Water and/or Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator Certifications or Civil/Environmental/Sanitary Engineering Degree.
This position is responsible for providing support to the Regional Operations Manager in routine operations and maintenance throughout the area. This position professionally represents the Company's (USWSC) and services using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to assist in applying the services to their assigned facilities resulting in professionally managed operation and maintenance functions.
