What you will do
*
• Assess clients’ needs, existing conditions, and set expectations based upon budget
*
• Design home additions, and renovations tailored to client needs and budget
*
• Prepare detailed, modelled Construction Documents using Revit, Bluebeam, and additional Autodesk and other platforms
*
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, permitting officials, and construction teams to ensure project accuracy and success
*
• Draft reports, proposals, and contracts; adapt plans as necessary during the construction process
*
• Be a vital team member supporting and influencing our lean, effective, in-house team
What you bring
*
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Architectural construction documents, permitting, and design
*
• Ability to quickly assess existing conditions
*
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant platforms, experienced in creating comprehensive architectural designs and construction documents
*
• Technical knowledge of surveys/plats and zoning regulations and how they impact project designs
*
• Technical knowledge of structural engineering principles and ability to design, create framing plans, building sections, and details
*
• A keen eye for detail and a talent for both the creative and technical aspects of architecture
*
• Keen desire to collaborate, support, and enhance your in-house team’s culture, experience, and capabilities

• Talent in working closely with clients and construction teams to deliver exceptional results
