Apprentice Substation Electrician

The Apprentice Substation Electrician participates in a 4 year long apprenticeship to learn from the Substation Electricians proper execution to provide quality craftsmanship on projects as part of a team whose goal is to successfully execute the initiatives of Keys Energy Services (KEYS) of completing projects safely, on-time and within specifications for quality delivery. The Apprentice Substation Electrician is responsible for progressive learning of substation maintenance and testing, SCADA/RTU, reclosers, pad mount switches, regulators, protective relays, communication equipment, house wiring of control buildings and KEYS facilities, and electrical trouble shooting.

Salary range - $33.25/hr - $37.24/hr
