The Copper Connection is expanding, and we’re looking for driven, personable Appointment Coordinators to join our in-house team in Denver! If you’re great on the phone, eager to learn, and want to be part of a mission to help homeowners save through solar, HVAC, and electrical upgrades—this role is for you.
About the Role:
As a Lead Setter, you’ll be calling warm leads to qualify interest and set appointments for our expert consultants. You’ll play a vital role in our sales process and have the support you need to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Compensation:
•$20–$25/hour based on experience and performance or commissions whichever is higher

Location:
•This is a local, in-person position based at our Denver, CO office
•Some Saturdays are required, but can be done remotely
Schedule:
•Monday–Friday (full-time and part-time shifts available)
•Some Saturdays required (remote option available)
