Starting Rate of pay: $18.79/hour

Shifts Available and Hours: 2nd Shift- Monday through Friday, 1:45 PM- 9:45 PM

3rd Shift- Sunday through Thursday, 9:45PM- 5:45AM

Shift Premium: 2nd Shift- 32 cents/ hour

3rd Shift- 39 cents/ hour

Bonus: Quarterly profit sharing (Eligible after 6 months)

Job Responsibilities:

•

Interpret work orders or receive verbal instructions to determine necessary materials, equipment, and assignments.

•

Review plans, instructions, or specifications to guide work activities.

•

Operate assigned equipment or machinery safely and efficiently.

•

Lift and stack products while adhering to safety standards.

•

Maintain productivity and efficiency in assigned areas.

•

Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.

•

Accurately log quantities or lengths of materials handled or moved.

Education and Experience Requirements:

•

High School Diploma or GED is required.

•

No prior work-related skills or experience are necessary; on-the-job training is provided.

•

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.

•

Ability to consistently lift 25 pounds throughout the day, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

•

Experience operating mobile equipment, such as forklifts or Combi lifts, is a plus but not required.

•

Proficiency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.

•

Competence in using a calculator for various tasks.

•

Ability to accurately read a tape measure.

•

Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying root causes and applying experimental methods to resolve issues.
