Job Summary/Purpose
Delta Utilities is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst, to establish a centralized and comprehensive approach to measuring and monitoring conformance with pipeline requirements as well as company policies to maximize public safety and mitigate risks associated with utility operations. The quality assurance analyst will be responsible for identifying utility process safety and operational risks, documenting workstream processes including control points, developing, and measuring control points, establishing quality assurance testing plans and analyzing the results, and working with the business to execute corrective action plans and improvement plans.
Additionally, this position will facilitate investigations into process deficiencies during utility installation, operations, and maintenance. This position will monitor the effectiveness of utility quality processes and benchmark key metrics. This position is responsible for supporting continuous improvement projects within the Utility Operations. In this role, you should be highly analytical with a knack for data analysis. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for extracting and interpreting data. We also want to see a passion for learning and research.
