Position Summary:

The Analyst – Master Data is responsible for managing PRA Crude requests submitted via CherryWork & ServiceNow, Reviewing and providing approvals for SalesForce, and assisting with document review as it relates to changes requested to vendor profiles. Other responsibilities include supporting the Business Partner Support team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create & Update all PRA Crude business partner profiles in SAP – Review and verify all documents meet SOX compliance requirements to create the business partner or make the request changes

- Review legal documents – Will, Deeds, IRS Filings, SEC Filings etc. to determine correct information is added to systems

- Prepare spreadsheets to produce findings as it relates to ownership changes for Crude

- Assist in the management and execution of new Sunoco Customer verification

- Support management in the preparation and coordination of system updates and changes

- Identify, analyze and implement process improvements, including resolving complex Business Partner Support issues and integrating new products into the current daily process.

- Track daily changes and creations using various reports

- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline

- 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience

- Prior SAP, Sales Force, and Crude Marketing Data Analysis experience preferred

- Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Comprehensive understanding of legal document analysis and modeling

- Demonstrated analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

- The Associate Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of relevant job related experience

- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

- Usually, normal office working conditions.

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

- Occasional overnight travel may be required.

- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
