We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Driver Pay Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately calculating and processing driver load pay, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Location: Kansas City - Office Based
Principal Responsibilities
•Calculate driver load pay daily.
•Verify and reconcile trip sheets, logs, and other documentation to ensure accuracy.
•Maintain and update driver pay records, submit to compensation.
•Collaborate with the dispatch teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to driver pay or routes.
•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding driver compensation.
•Prepare driver pay reports.
•Work with the billing team on assessorial.
•Approve paid time off request for all drivers.
•Analyse routes for accuracy.
•Prepare presentations with driver metrics.
•Provide support and assistance to drivers regarding pay-related inquiries.

Education Required
•High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
Work Experience Required
•Proven experience in payroll processing, accounting, or a similar role preferred
•Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry is a plus.
Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required
•Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
•Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
