Our Customer Service Leaders are committed to serve as the liaison between internal/external organizations and for assigned customers, own the customer relationship, and contribute to the overall business strategy

In this business facing role you will be supporting our contractual agreement / service outages / upgrades etc.. Managing our Stakeholders at the Power Plant as assigned within Arizona/New Mexico and Colorado primarily, not limited to those locations; Our Aero Portfolio Customer Service Manager will be required to travel up to 50% to the client's site located in Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado primarily.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is:$119,600.00 - $152,400.00 USD / The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
