Job Description Summary

The Advanced Nuclear Commercial Leader (Proposal Manager) demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will create, integrate and develop customer offerings that meet business needs across the organization, collaborate with potential partners to create project delivery models and supporting agreements to meet business, partner(s) and customer needs, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes, and calculate the applicable commercial financial measures (margin; cashflow; revenue recognition; NPV; other) for senior management reviews.

The base pay range for this position is $150,000-200,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 7/18/2025.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
