Requirements:
•Education & Experience: High school diploma plus at least 2 years of administrative experience, or a combination of education and experience.
•Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and apply critical thinking to solve problems. Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and standard business systems.

A Day in the Life:
•Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, assist with travel arrangements, and manage documents and files.
•Board Coordination: Handle logistics, documentation, and communications for Board of Directors meetings and events, including compiling the board book and processing director expenses.
•Project Support: Help maintain our project database, track updates, and coordinate project meetings. Provide administrative support across project teams.
•Government Affairs & Advocacy: Follow cooperative legislative efforts during legislative sessions, schedule and organize legislative visits, coordinate communication with public officials, and support participation in PAC programs.
•Election Coordination: Ensure the annual director nomination and election process complies with bylaws and is executed with professionalism and fairness.
Additional Details:
•Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., based at the Braham, MN Headquarters building.
•Hybrid Option: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement following an initial training period.
