We are seeking an accounting person that is advanced in their proficiency of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. We seek someone that excels in mathematical calculations, is well organized and has excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Excel including knowledge of formulas, macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and data validation.
- Verify/obtain approval for bills (operations, resale supplies, subcontractors, etc.)
- Enter cost on work orders and bill on Software
- Bill work orders and purchase orders (resale supplies) and ensure profitability.
