In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing balance sheet accounts, monitoring real estate transactions, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing financial statements. Your Role as an Accounting Analyst:

•

Ensuring the accuracy of assigned balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations and tracking of retailer bonuses and rebates;

•

Monitoring and following up on accounting entries related to the real estate department;

•

Collaborating in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including account reviews and the year-end audit file;

•

Verifying internal accounting controls;

•

Contributing to special projects, such as implementing new financial systems or preparing documentation for grant applications.

To be considered for the position of Accounting Analyst at Harnois Énergies, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

•

A bachelor’s degree in accounting;

•

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role;

•

Knowledge of JDE and OBIEE financial systems (considered an asset)
