Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant Analyst located in Sacramento, CA. The Accountant Analyst will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. Day-to-day tasks will include reconciling accounts, conducting financial audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Analyst will also collaborate with various departments to support financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

- Financial record management and reconciliation skills

- Experience in preparing financial reports and conducting financial analysis

- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

- Audit and compliance expertise

- Proficiency with accounting software and tools

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- CPA certification is a plus

- Experience in the forestry or utility services industry is beneficial
