We’re hiring a commission-only Account Executive to sell OhmNow’s suite of software-driven preventative maintenance offering and Agentic AI workflow tools to field services businesses. This is a pure sales role — you’ll own prospecting, outreach, demos, and deal closure. Ideal for someone who’s entrepreneurial, self-directed, and ready to build a book of business from a massive untapped market.
- Reliability analytics software that increases equipment uptime and reduces service costs

- Qualify, and close sales opportunities across the field services ecosystem (HVAC, EV charging, industrial maintenance, etc.)
- Lead product demos and communicate the value of AI-driven reliability
- Work closely with product and ops teams to refine messaging and customer feedback loops
- Maintain an organized pipeline and hit aggressive sales targets
- Proven ability to sell SaaS or field services solutions (or strong drive to learn fast)
- Excellent communication and closing skills — you turn conversations into revenue
- Familiarity with EV Charging, field ops, maintenance, or industrial services is a plus
- Comfort working independently in a startup environment with high autonomy
- Grit, consistency, and hunger to scale your income with the company’s growth
