EnerConnex is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented professional to lead sales efforts and client engagement within deregulated states. This role focuses on delivering consultative energy solutions—including natural gas, electricity, and related services—to commercial and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, sales acumen, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
- Participate in comprehensive training programs designed to equip Account Executives with proven sales strategies and industry expertise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and existing clients
- Present competitive renewal proposals to retain and grow commercial accounts
- Stay informed on energy market trends, tariffs, and regulatory changes affecting natural gas and electricity supply
- Conduct volume analysis and deliver customized savings reports to clients
- Generate sales activity reports to assess growth opportunities and pipeline performance
- Collaborate across departments and contribute to broader organizational initiatives
- Engage with potential clients and referral sources in deregulated energy markets across multiple states
- Take on additional tasks and strategic projects as needed to support business goals
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or;
- Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, energy consulting, or account management preferred
