We are a leading services company searching for a Bilingual-Spanish Onsite Project Manager to oversee professional cleaning services for janitorial associates.
Primary Responsibilities:
•
Good communication and building a relationship with the customer to address needs
•
Supervise and manage janitorial staff and address all client needs in an accurate and timely manner.
•
Recruiting and hiring staff
•
Coordinates all Floor Care, Special Projects and Events activity involving Custodial Staff
•
And other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements for the Position:
•
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
•
5 or more years of Supervisory experience required
•
Must have excellent communications skills
•
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
•
Excellent organizational skills
•
Must pass criminal background check, drug screen and other pre-employment requirements as needed
