$40 per hour HVAC / Maintenance Technician

You will be responsible for performing preventive and reactive building maintenance tasks for all of the building systems including the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and door systems.

The position requires a high degree of customer service and professionalism as you will be working in a very high profile environment. You will be on the facilities services team in the building which includes maintenance and cleaning employees.

This position's schedule will work on nights and weekends.
