We are seeking an entry level HVAC Maintenance Technician to work in our Marietta, GA location!
Perform specialized repairs, service and maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems in residential establishments.

Pressure testing and leak checking, using nitrogen, trace refrigerant, electronic leak detector or soap-and-water solution.
Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, voltage, amperage and capacitance using electrical test equipment.
Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
Discuss HVAC system solutions and improvements with clients to insure 100% client satisfaction.
Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning equipment, or charging and recovering refrigerants as needed.
Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats and other air conditioning accessories.
Check heating or air conditioning equipment by connecting to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to ensure proper operation.
Read schematics, design specifications, or manufacturers data to ascertain the HVAC system is operating to manufactures specifications.
Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures and always maintain a clean work truck and work area.
Inspect and test all HVAC systems to verify system compliance with all applicable mechanical and electrical codes.
Record and report time, materials, faults, deficiencies, or other unusual occurrences on work orders.
Install and test automatic, programmable, or wireless thermostats to minimize energy usage.
Adjust system controls to settings recommended per manufacturer specifications.
Install humidifiers or related equipment for spaces that require moist air to operate efficiently.
Perform preventative or general maintenance procedures, such as cleaning, washing, or vacuuming equipment, oiling parts, or changing filters.

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
HVAC Technician School: Required
Experience: 6 plus months of experience in HVAC fieldComputer Skills: Helpful
Certifications &Licenses:
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
EPA Certification required
