Warehouse Laborer Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Stage, load, and unload steel plate materials to keep operations flowing smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment—your workspace reflects your pride in the job.
- Support general assembly and light fabrication tasks including cutting, troubleshooting, and working with machinery.
- Respond to movement requests from across the warehouse and ensure correct materials reach the right areas.
- Assist in all assigned work zones, including support areas, as needed.
- Complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently, staying focused and deadline-driven.
- Serve as a resource and support to team members across all shifts, helping maintain consistent performance and productivity.
- Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and respect, aligning with Trinity’s core values and culture.
- Help enforce standard procedures and support productivity and quality goals.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or a strong combination of work experience and practical skills.
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial setting is preferred.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Good oral and written communication skills—you’re a clear communicator and strong team player.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to safely operate machinery.
- Strong team-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to adapt and pitch in wherever needed—no job is too big or small.
