- Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor's or master's degree program in chemical engineering, chemistry, geoscience, or related field

- Prior utility or energy industry experience helpful but not required

- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Effective project management skills

- Effective analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects within tight deadlines

- Support R&D staff on research topics related to lithium recovery from geothermal brine

- Conduct selective literature research and review

- Conduct tasks related to documentation, data analysis, and reporting

- Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
