2026 Accounting Information Systems Intern

- Perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy. Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department and the company.

- Maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities. Maintain sensitive and confidential information regarding company information.

- Attend work on a regular basis and support the company’s employee policies and procedures, including workplace safety rules.

- Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.

- Assist with accounting system configuration requests and testing, capital project setup and maintenance, system questions and requests

- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

- Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in accounting information systems or related field

- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with data exchange tools and concepts

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Effective project management skills

- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects within tight deadlines
