About This Job
Truck Driver Class C
Job Expectations
•
- Coordinate with shipping manager(s) for deliveries and pickups.
•
- Must be able to handle paperwork according to required procedures.
•
- Load the trailers using forklifts and secure with straps.
•
- Deliver to customers on-time and without incident.
•
Trucks are 1-ton with gooseneck or tag-along trailers.
•
Consists of local deliveries, some regional (2-3 hours one-way).
•
Occasional early morning runs/late returns may be required.
•
Must be willing to help out around the shop when not driving.
•
Will be in charge of maintenance of the trucks and keeping records up to date.
•
Overtime available.
•
Must be willing to help out in the yard for both shops, organizing, assisting the shipping team, etc.
•
Must have Gooseneck 1 ton experience.
•
Must have valid license and clean driving record.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $19+ depending on experience w/30 day probationary period.
