Cylinder Delivery Driver

CDL Driver ( REQUIRES:Class A or B CDL with hazmat, tanker & air brake endorsement).

- If you do not have a Hazmat or Tanker Endorsement, we ask that you must be willing to get the endorsements within the first month

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, friendly individual interested in full time employment as a truck driver/delivery person. We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving Waterloo/Cedar Falls and the surrounding communities for over 65 years.

Primary job duties:

- Daily delivery of forklift cylinders to commercial customers

- Daily filling of L.P. tanks at main office location for use in delivery as well as for walk in customers

- Weekly 20lb. - 100lb. cylinder delivery to commercial/residential locations

- Truck provided has lift gate and dolly to transport tanks

- May be asked to deliver Bulk Propane or Bulk Refined Fuels

- Labor work when not delivering, which may include but not limited to Cleaning, Scraping and Painting tanks. At main office location and out in the field.

REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST be able to frequently lift 50+lbs. Each tank full weighs at least 50lbs. and you will be delivering dozens of tanks each day to several different locations.

- Class A or B CDL

- Hazmat

- Air brake endorsement

- Tanker Endorsement (at later date)

- Local driving within 60 miles of Waterloo only (no nights or weekends) although some overtime is available
