Job Description – Yard & Asset Coordinator

Company: IFE NDT, LLC Location: Brighton, CO Reports To: District Manager / Operations Lead

Position Overview

The Yard & Asset Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient operations yard, ensuring all inventory and assets are properly tracked, accounted for, and accessible. This position supports district operations by assisting with general asset management, organization, errands, and deliveries while upholding safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and proactive in supporting both administrative and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain overall yard organization, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

- Assist with inventory management, including logging, labeling, and tracking of assets and consumables.

- Support district staff with errands, deliveries, and pick-ups as needed using company vehicles.

- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly stored and accounted for in company systems.

- Assist with preparing and staging materials for upcoming jobs.

- Report damaged, missing, or unsafe equipment immediately to the District Manager.

- Comply with all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

- Forklift certification required.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles.

- Previous experience in yard, warehouse, or inventory management preferred.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

- Team player with a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Work Environment

- Primarily yard-based with occasional driving/errand duties.

- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and moving equipment.

- Must adhere to all IFE NDT, LLC safety and QHSE policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
