WIRING ASSEMBLER

Position Overview

The Wiring Assembler is responsible for supporting the wiring and assembly of electrical cabinets, systems, and panels. This role ensures accurate and efficient assembly of electrical components while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has basic experience with wiring and electrical assembly, and is able to follow diagrams and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Wiring

- Perform wiring and assembly tasks to produce semi-finished or final electrical cabinets, systems, and panels.

- Complete work manually or with light hand tools.

- Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.

Quality & Compliance

- Carry out basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

- Operate within standard procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Collaboration & Workflow

- Work closely with team members to meet production goals.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in wiring or electrical assembly within a manufacturing environment.

- Basic ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and follow work instructions.

Skills & Abilities

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

- Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with electrical safety practices.

- Experience in a production or assembly line setting.

- Flexibility to work additional hours or shifts when required.

Work Environment

- Manufacturing environment with exposure to electrical components, hand tools, and light assembly equipment.

- Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
